The pins are welded using the technology of ultrasonic terminal welding. With this technology, the contact resistance is close to zero and the temperature rise in use is lower, meaning safer charging process and longer product service life. The plug can be filled with glue for IP67 waterproofness. We are one of the few Chinese manufacturers having obtained TUV, CE and UKCA certificates.
